Provisioning Specialist - Telecoms - Permanent - North East London

Salary: £35,000 - 41,000pa
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Specifically, the expectations, roles & responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Managing the pre sales check list and documenting all technical details ready for installation handover
- Management of new license and hardware orders
- Supporting all provisioning, programming, porting and migrations
- Organising technical calls and site surveys
- Supporting all client install projects
- Updating and management Projects within Zoho CRM
- Supporting the client billing process by handing over billing IDs to billing team
- Managing leaving notifications and terminations
- Organizing and supporting client training sessions
- Actively and regularly learn MS Office 365 & Cybersecurity Provisioning
Provisioning & Delivery
- In conjunction with the Head of Technical ensure equipment and personnel are planned into the delivery cycle to ensure seamless activation of projects.
- Report to and work closely with the Head of Technical on all provisioning activities.
- Own and manage provisioning for all customer projects, from initial order through to service activation.
- Coordinate with sales, customer experience, and engineering teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery.
- Track and report on provisioning timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure provisioning processes are documented, efficient, and scalable.
- Ensure technical/engineering teams are aligned into the delivery schedule
Client Terminations & Offboarding
- Manage all client termination requests, ensuring timely, secure, and compliant service cessation.
- Coordinate technical decommissioning, data handling, and access removal in line with security and compliance requirements.
- Work with Customer Experience, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate final billing and contract closure.
- Maintain clear records of terminations and lessons learned to improve future performance.
Operational & Technical Governance
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and internal standards.

REQUIREMENTS
- Provisioning background in Telecoms.
- Proven experience within technical support and provisioning workstreams.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in an SME environment with hands-on responsibility.
- Must have a full UK Driving License
- Must be willing to travel and work from the office.
