Job Description:

Our client, a leading organisation within the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced SAP Architect with a strong focus on SuccessFactors implementation to support a key transformation programme.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple business functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP architectures
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide architectural guidance across integration points between SAP and third-party systems
• Ensure best practice standards are applied across system design, security, and data management
• Support programme governance through documentation, design reviews, and stakeholder engagement
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery within defined timelines

Experience Required

• Minimum 8+ years' experience working within SAP environments, with a strong architectural focus
• Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise-level HR systems
• Strong stakeholder management experience across both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working within large-scale transformation or change programmes

Desirable Skills

• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party platforms
• Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions and deployment models
• Familiarity with data migration, data governance, and HR data structures
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Understanding of compliance and security considerations within HR systems

Educational Requirements

• Third level degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
