SAP SuccessFactors Architect
Job Description:
Our client, a leading organisation within the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced SAP Architect with a strong focus on SuccessFactors implementation to support a key transformation programme.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple business functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP architectures
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide architectural guidance across integration points between SAP and third-party systems
- Ensure best practice standards are applied across system design, security, and data management
- Support programme governance through documentation, design reviews, and stakeholder engagement
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery within defined timelines
Experience Required
- Minimum 8+ years' experience working within SAP environments, with a strong architectural focus
- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise-level HR systems
- Strong stakeholder management experience across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working within large-scale transformation or change programmes
Desirable Skills
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party platforms
- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions and deployment models
- Familiarity with data migration, data governance, and HR data structures
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Understanding of compliance and security considerations within HR systems
Educational Requirements
- Third level degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
