Job Description

We are looking to engage a Security Cleared Salesforce Technical Architect to support the design and assurance of complex digital services within a secure, enterprise environment.

This role will lead on defining robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment to architectural standards while supporting delivery teams across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and assurance of Salesforce-based solutions across complex programmes
  • Define architecture that ensures systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to strategic standards
  • Work across multiple Salesforce capabilities to deliver integrated, user-focused services
  • Design and oversee integration with enterprise systems and data platforms
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to delivery teams
  • Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and data requirements
  • Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and design challenges
  • Support the evolution of architecture standards, patterns, and best practice
  • Mentor and support engineers and technical leads within delivery teams

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience operating as a Salesforce Technical Architect within complex environments
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities across multiple areas
  • Experience designing integrated solutions across enterprise systems
  • Ability to define and assure technical designs aligned to architectural standards
  • Strong knowledge of data, security, and governance considerations
  • Experience providing technical leadership across delivery teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable

  • Salesforce certifications aligned to architecture pathways
  • Experience working within regulated or secure environments
  • Familiarity with structured architecture frameworks or design methodologies
