Job Summary - highlight project details/what is exciting about the role: As a member of the Business Intelligence team, Data modeller will be responsible for translating requirements into a complete enterprise information platform. The primary function of the Data Modeller will be to provide architectural guidance, end model to support the business requirements and other analytical requirements efficiently on enterprise level. The desired candidate will be responsible for discussing the requirements with business users, data discovery, designing the data model for enterprise warehouse as well as data marts to meet the reporting needs on the enterprise data platform implemented using big data and cloud technologies. The candidate will work closely with the other members of the BI team to analyze data requirements, design logical and physical models, evolve models to meet new and changing business requirements and develop processes for capturing and maintaining metadata from all data solution components. The candidate is also expected to provide guidance to customer on implementing data management and data governance best practices on the data platform 2.
