RGM Technical Solutions Architect - 12 Months - Remote

We're looking for aTechnical Solutions Architect to lead the next evolution of a RGM.AI web application at a prominent CPG/FMCG brand. This tool simulates and optimizes pricing and promotion plans across B2B and B2C customers.

The platform integrates large-scale data, AI/ML models, and a React web app to help commercial teams:

• Simulate base price changes
• Optimise promotional mechanics (1+1, 2+1, % off, multipacks)
• Evaluate promo vs. non-promo performance
• Model elasticity, uplift, and margin impact

You will own the architecture end-to-end and drive the platform's technical and functional maturity.

Your Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Own the end-to-end architecture (data - analytics - web app)
• Design scalable solutions using GCP, Databricks, React, Big Data
• Ensure the platform scales for new regions, users, and data volumes

RGM Product Evolution

• Lead the product's technical evolution from early-stage to enterprise-grade
• Maintain accurate, stable pricing & promo simulation logic
• Validate new pricing/promo features and mechanics
• Own release management across all components
• Define GitHub branching and engineering best practices
• Implement monitoring across pipelines, models, and the UI
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, POs, data science, and integrators
• Own and maintain consolidated technical documentation

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in GCP, Databricks, Big Data, transactional data
• Solid understanding of React and modern web apps
• Strong GitHub/code branching & release management experience
• Ability to connect all product layers end-to-end

Industry & RGM Expertise

• Mandatory CPG + multinational experience
• Strong RGM knowledge: pricing, elasticity, promo uplift, promo mechanics
• Experience with commercial/RGM/sales tools (TPM/TPO/RGM platforms)
• Product management or technical product ownership experience
• Solution architecting across data, analytics, and application layers
• Experience taking products from build - stabilisation - scale

Contract details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
• Duration: 12months + (plus potential extensions)
