Are you a proven B2B sales professional who can generate your own pipeline, run commercial conversations, and close high-value deals, looking for a role with genuine earning potential and progression?
On offer is the opportunity to join a high-growth, performance-led digital marketing agency, working closely with founders to drive new business and build long-term client partnerships. This is a key hire within the business, offering real ownership and influence from day one.
In this role, you will build and manage your own pipeline through outbound, referrals, and partnerships, while also handling inbound and SDR-qualified opportunities. You will lead discovery calls, create commercially strong proposals, and close deals, playing a key role in driving revenue growth.
This role would suit a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or Account Executive with experience closing B2B services or retainers, looking for a high-performance environment with uncapped earnings and long-term progression.
The Role - Build and manage your own pipeline (outbound, referrals, partnerships)

- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Confident generating your own opportunities
