Business Development Manager

What You ll Be Doing

• Proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Building, managing, and converting a strong sales pipeline
• Creating tailored solutions to meet client needs
• Developing lasting client relationships to maximise revenue
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless service
• Keeping CRM systems accurate and up to date
• Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in business development or field sales
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence

Experience in waste or environmental services is desirable, but not essential.
