DV Cleared ServiceNow CSM Programme - Multiple Roles
Onsite - Newbury
Contract - 10months + (May start with potential for earlier onboarding)
Active DV Clearance Required

We are supporting a major digital transformation programme being delivered by a global technology services provider for a leading international telecommunications organisation.
As part of a large-scale implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), we are building a specialist delivery team and are seeking multiple DV Cleared ServiceNow professionals across architecture, consulting, programme delivery, and technical implementation.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-profile secure programme delivering a major ServiceNow transformation within a complex enterprise environment.

All roles will contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow CSM solutions as part of a large multi-disciplinary programme team.

Key Responsibilities (varies by role)
  • Deliver and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions within a secure enterprise environment
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define and implement customer service processes
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow platform solutions
  • Lead architecture, configuration, and platform development activities
  • Support programme delivery through governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, and developers
Required Experience
  • Active DV Clearance (mandatory)
  • Proven experience working with ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Experience delivering enterprise platform implementations
  • Ability to work effectively within large-scale transformation programmes

Programme Environment
This programme is being delivered for a major global telecommunications organisation, through a leading international technology services and solutions provider, supporting a strategic transformation of customer service operations using the ServiceNow platform.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, all roles require active DV clearance and full onsite presence in Newbury.
