My client, an insurance organisation based in The City of London has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Insurance Operations Manager/Director with a strong track record within insurance organisations. Worked across underwriting, finance, actuarial, claims, compliance and technology.

- Significant experience within an insurance organisation within The London Market insurance sector (Carrier, MGA, or Broker environment)

- Ideally have worked in a startup or small insurance firm environment

- Be comfortable building, scaling, and optimizing operational processes

- Demonstrate leadership capability with strategic and commercial awareness
