This is a key role for a blue-chip where you will be responsible for protecting their network from cyber threats, identifying, and implementing best possible security practices, and maintaining compliance requirements. You will work closely with the Group IT team and Security Operations Centre to identify vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and respond to security incidents, managing Anti-Virus, Vulnerability management, Data Loss Prevention, SIEM and other security tools.
You will have demonstrable experience in Cyber Security, with a good fundamental knowledge of IT, and proven experience in system administration, network administration, or IT service desk. With the ability to learn and develop rapidly, with a passion and enthusiasm for Cyber Security and able to incorporate that into your work. You will have excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and proactively and engage effectively with stakeholders of all levels.

The role will be based at our clients office in Hatfield, Herts. Candidates should be within sensible commuting distance of the location as the role will be on-site 5 days per week to start, before moving to a hybrid model of 3 days in Hatfield and 2 days remote once settled.
A starting salary of 45,000 plus benefits is on offer for the right candidate
