My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented EDI Manager on a Contract basis.
You will responsible for driving the organisations EDI strategy and programme of work, ensuring the organisation fosters an inclusive culture that supports its strategic and operational priorities.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £55,000 - £58,000
negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Drive organisational culture change by embedding EDI principles into leadership, decision-making, and operational practices
- Provide strategic advice and subject matter expertise to HR leaders, senior managers, and elected members on EDI matters
- Design and deliver innovative EDI initiatives, programmes, and projects that support organisational priorities
- Lead the development of EDI-focused learning and development initiatives
About you:You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- CIPD qualified
- Strong understanding of EDI principles, legislation, and best practice
- Local Authority experience is essential
