Finance / Data Analyst
Salary: £60,000
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract: 18-month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities
Commercial and Revenue Analysis
• Manage revenue-related processes including rental invoicing, contract updates, activity tracking, and data integrity
• Analyse revenue performance and identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities
• Deliver detailed profitability and business performance reporting to support decision-making
Business Intelligence and Reporting
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI dashboards to track business performance
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards providing real-time operational insights
• Produce high-quality customer and operational reports with clear analysis and recommendations
Process Improvement and Business Insight
• Act as a key point of contact for commercial data and performance reporting
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Support business initiatives including cost optimisation, asset planning, and operational performance improvements
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions
Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships across finance, operations, and commercial teams
• Present analytical insights clearly to support senior leadership decision-making
• Use data-driven insights to influence process improvements across the organisation
Skills and Experience
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting using Power BI or similar BI tools
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders using data
• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
Experience Required
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a data analysis, finance analysis, or business analysis role
• Experience in fast-paced or operational environments is advantageous
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is desirable
• Degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline is beneficial
