What You'll Be Working On

• Designing and developing Go (Golang) services powering a scalable GenAI engineering platform.
• Building autonomous AI software-engineering agents capable of coding, reasoning, and executing tasks end-to-end.
• Developing agentic workflows that enable multi-step planning, orchestration, evaluation, and self-improvement.
• Working in environments like Claude and Cursor to prototype, fine-tune, and deploy AI-for-coding tools.
• Collaborating with a highly technical, fast-moving team working on projects that support a large, multinational tech ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Go (Golang) development experience - production systems, performance, concurrency.
• Proven background in AI for coding (eg, agent frameworks, LLM-powered tooling, AI code generation, or workflow automation).
• Hands-on experience developing or integrating with LLM-based systems (Claude, Cursor, OpenAI, etc.).
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or platform engineering.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment where the tech evolves every week.
