Agentic/Growth Engineer

Fully remote role, my client are looking for an experienced Engineer, who can take projects and see them through from a concept all the way to production.

You will have proven experience in:

Agile development practices - comfortable with iterative delivery, stand-ups, retros, and shipping incrementally rather than big-bang releases

AWS/DevOps experience - familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

Database proficiency - solid understanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, plus exposure to caching layers (Redis) or message queues where relevant

Front End awareness - they are primarily Back End focused, some comfort with modern Front End tooling (React, Vue, or LiveView) would be a bonus

API design - experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

The clients core stack is Elixir, but they are open to candidates from other backgrounds who have strong fundamentals and are keen to learn. Ruby on Rails experience would translate particularly well given the similarities with Phoenix.

You will be self starter, with excellent stakeholder skills and the ability to take project through the full development life cycle.
