Location: Knutsford
Working Mode: Hybrid (3 days Onsite weekly)
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: £426 per day Inside IR35
Role Description:
"The Application Security Specialist ensures secure software development, secure design, code review, and threat modelling across the application life cycle.
Responsibilities
Perform secure code reviews, SAST/DAST analysis, and threat modelling.
Support DevSecOps integration including CI/CD pipeline tooling.
Define secure coding standards and developer training.
Review architecture for security controls.
Skills
OWASP Top 10, SAST/DAST tools, API security, cloud architectures.
Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines."
