Our forward-thinking, supportive technology client has a new role available for a technical author who's keen to make a difference. Supporting the documentation lead, you'll work on a range of content for technical and non-technical audiences.
What's needed?
- At least five years' experience as a technical author in a software development environment; extra points given if any of that experience is in a videoconferencing or networking company.
- Knowledge of MadCap Flare (ideally).
- An understanding of Scripting and/or documenting APIs would be a plus.
- A proactive, resilient approach.
- The desire to build a long-term career with a company that really looks after its staff.
This is a hybrid role where you will need to visit our client's Berkshire office at least twice a week.
