Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join a well established digital solutions company based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.
35,000 - 40,000 - hybrid working - Immediate start!
They are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their work, and is keen to learn and grow.

Daily responsibilities:
Developing new features and enhancements for their platform
Building modern frontend applications using Angular and React
Contributing to backend development, using C#
Working on bespoke development tasks for customer requirements and internal projects
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Creating unit tests and automated end-to-end tests
Using source control to manage and maintain code effectively
Working within an Agile environment and participating in team meetings
Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners
Contributing across the full software development lifecycle
What we're looking for:
Essential:
Frontend development experience through a commercial role
Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience with a modern frontend framework (React/Angular preferred, but not essential)
Good understanding of HTML and CSS / SCSS
Willingness to learn backend development
Ability to independently problem solve, but also the temperament to work collaboratively within a team
Desirable:
Experience with React/Angular
Experience with C# or backend development
A relevant degree
Full, clean driving licence
Experience with agile development methodologies
