Software Developer (C# / Python)

Avanti are working with an innovative UK-based automation and AI software company that is transforming how businesses operate. They design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that integrate across multiple systems, helping organisations reduce manual work and operate more efficiently.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Software Engineer with strong C# experience and exposure to full-stack and backend systems.

THE ROLE

You will be working across:

• Build automation and integration components in C#/.NET

• Work with SQL Server and data-heavy processes

• Develop backend services and distributed components

• Integrate systems using APIs and, where needed, UI automation

• Deploy and support solutions in Windows-based customer environments (scheduled tasks, services, logs)

• Work with Azure services and cloud integrations

• Contribute to a small team where ownership and pace matter

You will join a small, highly technical team where ownership and initiative are genuinely valued.

Essential Experience:

• Strong C# / .NET development experience
• Experience with distributed systems or backend services
• Solid SQL knowledge
• Full-stack development background
• Cloud exposure, ideally Azure
• Comfortable working within Windows environments

Desirable:

• Python experience
• Exposure to automation tools or RPA such as UiPath
• Experience with automation testing
• Exposure to cloud-based AI services

It is fully remote across the UK, with occasional meetups in London approximately every two months. Travel expenses are covered.
