Junior / Graduate Backend Software Engineer (C# / .NET)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + bonus

With plans to grow the engineering team by 30% this year, they're hiring at junior, mid and senior levels and are keen to bring in graduate and early-career engineers who want to learn and grow.

• A solid foundation in software development (degree or equivalent experience)
• Exposure to Backend development C# and .NET (preferred) through studies, placements, or personal projects
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• An interest in writing clean, well-structured code and learning best practices
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset

• Supporting the development of backend features under the guidance of experienced engineers
• Learning how to design, build, test and maintain scalable backend services
• Working across the software development lifecycle, from development to deployment
• Assisting with database queries, schema changes, and performance improvements

• Hands-on mentorship and support from senior engineers
