About the Role
A leading MSP in Central London is seeking a 3rd Line IT Support Desk Engineer to join its UK-based Help Desk team. You will sit within a 30-engineer operation and report directly into the Service Desk Manager.
Working alongside senior 3rd Line engineers and the Escalations Team Leader, you will take ownership of critical P1 and P2 incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution for a wide range of clients.
