We are currently recruiting for an experienced Laser Programmer to join our team on a permanent, day-shift basis at a fantastic Tipton facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled programmer to work in a stable, growing manufacturing environment.The Role:

• Programming and operating laser cutting machinery
• Producing programs from engineering drawings
• Optimising cutting paths to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Working closely with production and engineering teams
• Ensuring quality standards and health & safety procedures are followed

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Laser Programmer (metal processing preferred)
• Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Experience with nesting and programming software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
