Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant/Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant to lead the configuration and implementation of ORC within a large-scale Oracle HCM environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong functional expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience delivering scalable recruitment solutions aligned to best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) including:

  1. Requisition design
  2. Candidate life cycle management
  3. Approval workflows
  4. Interview processes
  5. Offer management
  6. Onboarding integration

• Facilitate design workshops and gather business requirements, translating recruitment processes into scalable Oracle HCM solutions
• Promote Adopt not Adapt principles to ensure best-practice alignment

Support integrations and data migration activities, collaborating with technical teams on:

1. Job board integrations
2. Background check interfaces
3. Security roles & access configuration
4. OTBI/BI Publisher reporting
5. Data validation & reconciliation

Contribute to testing and go-live readiness:

1. Prepare and execute test scripts
2. Support UAT cycles
3. Assist with change management activities
4. Support transition into hypercare and BAU support

Required Experience

• Proven hands-on experience implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle within Oracle HCM
• Experience leading design workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, reporting (OTBI/BIP), and integrations
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and go-live phases
