Working on a major platform replacement and a new CRM implementation, the transformation team is currently small but expected to scale significantly over the next few years. You will: Map legacy billing and CRM data flows. Support data definitions and migration planning. Work closely with a Project Manager and Data Analyst in a focused migration pod. Uncover how customer data truly flows by mapping legacy systems. Identify what must migrate, what can be cleansed, and what should be retired. We would like to tap into your experience with CRM implementations, billing systems or platform replacements, in an ideal world. If not, as long as you have data migration experience we would still like to talk with you. For this Business Analyst role we can offer a salary up to 50k + bonus, pension and benefits. You'll be in the office 3 days a week and we can accommodate an immediate start! This is not a documentation-only BA role.
