Role Overview

Ourclient is a global, market-leading consumer goods organisation operating acrossmultiple international markets. This is a key hire, with strong potential for futureopportunities as the programme grows.

We areseeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8-10 years' experience indesigning, architecting, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. This role willsupport the client's Cyber and Technology function and will play a criticalrole in establishing scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow platforms andmodules
  • Define technical architecture, best practices, and governance frameworks
  • Translate business and cyber/security requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and platform owners to ensure successful delivery
  • Oversee integrations, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams
  • Support continuous improvement and optimisation of the ServiceNow environment
  • Produce technical documentation and architecture designs
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8-10 years' experience in ServiceNow design, architecture, and implementation
  • Strong hands-on experience across core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps or similar)
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in complex, enterprise environments
  • Cyber /security domain experience is desirable but not essential
  • Financial Services experience is not required
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to London
  • ServiceNow certifications
  • Experience supporting cyber, security, or risk functions
