Project Manager - Fit Out (Temporary Contract)

Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with an established fit out contractor to recruit a Project Manager for a prestigious, high-end refurbishment project based in County Down. This is a 13-week temporary contract, with strong potential to lead to further work on future projects.

This role will see you overseeing the delivery of a complex fit out within a historic setting, working closely with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from pre-construction through to handover
• Managing programme, budgets and subcontractor performance
• Liaising with clients, design teams and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring health & safety, quality and commercial targets are met
• Providing strong leadership and direction to site management teams

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit out or refurbishment projects
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage high-spec, detail-driven projects
• SMSTS and CSR certification
• Full UK driving licence

What's On Offer

• Day rate equivalent to £60,000 - £70000 per annum
