Looking to grow their team, they're now on the hunt for a talented UX Researcher to join their ranks, someone experienced and passionate who can really hit the ground running with this one!

What's on Offer?
£55,000 - £60,000
Hybrid working (4 days WFH)
Growing & ambitious team
Two paid volunteer days per year
Well-being budget for physical & mental wellness
Business & merit-based performance bonus
Plenty of learning & development opportunities

The Position
Working closely with your team of UX & UI digital experts, you'll play a pivotal role gathering, analysing and presenting consumer data to enhance the delivery of websites, multi-channel campaign assets across paid, owned, and earned platforms. You'll define and optimise the UX/UI for different global audiences, channels, and regions, ensuring strong alignment with strategy and performance goals.

Owning and shaping the user research strategy, leading the research across discovery, alpha, beta and live phases, running moderated tests and design scripts to analyse data, you'll take this complex research and translate it into clear, actionable insights that drive delivery.

Across everything from partnering with senior client stakeholders to influence service and policy decisions, and to resourcing and scaling research capability across programmes as needed, you'll be detail-oriented, efficient and adaptable!

What We're Looking For
A UX Researcher with extensive experience with eCommerce retail projects and a strong consulting background, you're someone who knows exactly how to advise clients and work in a delivery-focused environment.

You'll be highly adept at using Google Analytics and able to talk us through your expert knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as your deep understanding of user needs versus requirements and experience operating in agile, multidisciplinary teams.

Last but not least, you'll have excellent stakeholder management skills, paired with a strong commercial awareness, the ability to balance quality, pace and outcomes and a genuine passion for inclusive, accessible and evidence-led services.
