As a Software Developer, you'll collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Analysts, Technical Architects and other IT colleagues to build high quality software solutions that meet real business needs.
You'll work in an agile environment, contribute to creating a positive team culture, and take pride in delivering reliable, well tested, modern digital products.

Key responsibilities:
- Take part in daily stand ups, sprint planning, demos, and retros
- Translate user stories into high quality, testable code
- Evaluate feasibility and shape technical solutions
- Apply TDD and modern software engineering practices
- Review peer code and uphold our engineering standards
- Manage changes using Git and support CI/CD pipelines
- Stay curious - keeping up to date with new tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and simply
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive development community
