Solution Architect - Wealth Management

The Solution Architect will play a critical role in supporting a Credit programme that involves the implementation of a new Credit product called Investment Back Lending. This position demands a professional capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, specifically underpinned by a new strategic technology platform.

Main Responsibilities:
Define and own the target-state architecture for the Credit platform.
Develop solution blueprints that align with business and compliance requirements.
Ensure ongoing architectural governance and alignment with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders including credit business leads and technology teams.
Define integration approaches with surrounding systems.
Act as the architectural design authority supporting delivery and sprint planning.
Engage with vendor teams to assess platform capabilities and roadmap implications.
Key Requirements:
Experience in solution architecture, particularly within financial services.
Strong understanding of application, data, and integration design.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, GDPR).
Ability to convert technical complexities into business-friendly insights.
Proven track record in architectural governance and design authority roles.
