Role Overview

To support the development and maintenance of high-quality e learning courses by working closely with the e learning development team under the guidance of the Senior E learning Developer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist e-learning developers and senior developers in course development across Tes Institute and Develop platforms.
  • Update and create courses under the supervision of the Senior E learning Developer.
  • Source images from Adobe Stock and iStock.
  • Input changes (including text, images, audio, video, and URL links) into the LMS.
  • Cross-reference and edit downloadable transcripts, course materials and resources, then upload them to the LMS.
  • Edit graphics to align with Tes brand guidelines using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Maintain course content and implement updates as directed by the Senior E learning Developer and Digital Learning Manager.
  • Create interactive elements for e-learning courses under guidance from senior team members.
What You Will Need to Succeed Experience
  • Entry-level position; prior experience in e-learning development is advantageous but not required.
Knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with e-learning technologies (e.g., LMS systems and authoring tools).
Skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong aptitude for acquiring and applying new information and responding to feedback.
  • Ability to work independently under clear instruction and seek support when needed.
  • Excellent attention to detail (visual, textual, and functional).
