Job descriptionThe DVLA delivers vital digital services to over 50 million users annually. We're looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to lead a small team in designing user-centred, accessible services. You'll turn user needs into intuitive digital journeys, using wireframes, prototypes, and user research. Collaborating with product owners and researchers, you'll improve customer experience across multiple workstreams. This is a unique opportunity to shape services that truly make a difference while influencing the future of design at DVLA.
