• Salary: Up to £36,000 + excellent benefits

• Hybrid - 3 days per week on site (non-negotiable)

We're working with an Education Provider to hire a Business Systems Developer to join their Business Intelligence & Data team.

What We're Looking For / Key Skills

We're looking for a curious, data-driven technologist at an early stage in their career who's excited to build hands-on experience across data engineering, systems integration, and business intelligence.

This role focuses on working with data, modernising integrations, and improving how information flows across the organisation.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong SQL and relational database skills, with confidence querying, analysing, and managing data
• Experience with the Microsoft technology stack
• Some knowledge of PowerShell and SSIS (or a willingness to learn quickly)
• Ability to understand, maintain, and improve legacy systems and integrations
• Familiarity with data pipelines, reporting, or BI concepts (this can be learning through projects, placements, or early-career roles)
