Are you a seasoned project or programme leader with a passion for people and infrastructure? Hastings District Council is seeking a driven and collaborative Programme Delivery Manager - Transport BAU to lead the delivery of critical transport projects that strengthen and future-proof our community's networks.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role within our newly established Programme Delivery Office (PDO). You'll be at the forefront of delivering transport-related capital works-projects that enhance resilience and reflect best-practice asset management.
We're looking for someone who leads with purpose, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings clarity and confidence to programme delivery. You'll guide a skilled team, tackle complex challenges, and ensure alignment with HDC's project management, procurement, and asset strategies.
As Programme Delivery Manager - Transport BAU, you'll be responsible for delivering a portfolio of business-as-usual transport projects, including Area Wide Pavement Treatments (AWPT), safety improvements, and other planned works identified by our Asset Management team.
