What You'll Do:

As a Software Engineer (DevOps), you'll be at the forefront of transforming our client's development practices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coding & Testing: Design and implement automated unit tests and code solutions to meet defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Architectural Integrity: Modify architecture components and application interfaces while maintaining the integrity of principal architecture.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor fellow software engineers on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stacks.
• Story Refinement: Execute story refinement and define requirements, estimating work necessary to deliver stories through the life cycle.
• Proof of Concept: Conduct proof of concept as needed to introduce new ideas or mitigate risks.
• Automation: Automate manual release activities and design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve build and setup failures, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Communication: Regularly update technology partners on project status, functionality, quality, performance, and timelines.

What You Bring:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Ansible.
• Application development skills in languages like Python, MongoDB, Redis, and React Framework.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux platforms and LDAP-based authentication integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing frameworks for AI/ML applications - DESIRED
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and development in cloud environments is DESIRED
