What you will do
- Architect and scale a high-performance compute platform using Terraform and Kubernetes while optimizing infrastructure costs and performance.
- Lead production reliability by defining monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure maximum system uptime and stability.
- Develop internal tooling and automation to improve developer productivity and accelerate the company's core engineering velocity.
The ideal candidate
- At least 3 years of experience in platform or software engineering with a proven track record of operating production systems on AWS.
- Strong technical foundation in production-quality coding, systems programming, and modern observability tools like Prometheus or Datadog.
- Entrepreneurial self-drive with experience managing infrastructure costs and a bias for action when solving complex, ambiguous technical problems.
