Senior Test Manager/Lead - Clearing, OTC, ETD sought by leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf.

3 days a week onsite, Inside IR35

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role in a large-scale software implementation project.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Expertise in various testing types, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of testers.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs) and Over The Counter (OTC) Clearing, is a plus.

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with data-driven testing.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to the financial services industry.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
