KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: OT Applications Engineer, Software Engineer - Automation, Manufacturing On a day to day basis, as our Software Engineer, you will : Design, develop, implement, and maintain OT applications and automation systems Configure and deploy SCADA, HMI, and MES systems across production environments Develop automation scripts and PLC logic for industrial control systems Build and integrate custom OT applications using C# and web-based languages/frameworks Commission, test, and validate OT applications on production lines Integrate OT systems with enterprise IT platforms for analytics, reporting, and IT/OT convergence PERSON SPECIFICATION: OT Applications Engineer, Software Engineer - Automation, Manufacturing Proficient in C# for application development and system integration, with database knowledge Knowledge of PLCs Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related discipline Strong experience with SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC UA,Ethernet/IP) Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines across multiple projects Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills THE COMPANY: We manufacture top of the range products from office printers, to industrial machining centres.
