Job Description
An international hotel brand in the City of London is seeking a Network Support Analyst to support a user base of around 50 people. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues related to workstations and laptops, as well as installing and upgrading software and hardware. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of network support experience in both 1st and 2nd line support. This role offers a salary range of £25K - £30K.
