We're hiring a Senior Power Applications Developer to lead the delivery of a project built on Microsoft Power Platform for a client of ours.

This is a hands on senior role, responsible for building, automating and integrating business critical applications while working closely with stakeholders across technology and the wider business.

• Drive the implementation of low code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools to support teams across the organization
• Architect, develop and maintain scalable applications, automated processes and reporting solutions
• Create and maintain technical artefacts such as solution documentation, operational guides and data structures
• Promote the use of intelligent automation and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy and end user experience
• Oversee platform standards, governance and regulatory compliance, ensuring secure and reliable data practices
• Serve as the senior technical point of contact for complex rapid application development issues
• Manage the demand pipeline and prioritisation of RAD work, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes
• Support capability uplift by providing hands on guidance and technical coaching to less experienced developers
• Collaborate closely with both IT and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions
