We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is energetic and focused on getting results to join our team. The person who gets the job will be in charge of finding new business prospects, creating good connections with clients, and increasing income. To do this job well, you need to be able to think strategically, communicate clearly, and be aggressive about expanding the market. The Business Development Manager will use CRM software like Salesforce to keep track of leads and progress, making sure that the sales process runs smoothly from finding prospects to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Make and carry out strategic plans to find and acquire new business opportunities in target markets.
- Help the business expand, build, and maintain long-term connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on new prospects, industry trends, and competitor activity through market research.
- Show potential clients how valuable our products and services are by making strong proposals and pitches.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to design targeted campaigns that reach the right audience.
- Use CRM software like Salesforce to accurately track leads, opportunities, and follow ups as you manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals quickly while keeping the organization's best interests in mind.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our business and meet new people in the field.
- Analyze sales data and produce reports for upper management to aid strategic decisions.
Experience & Qualifications
- A proven track record in sales or business development in a similar field.
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or other systems.
- Strong understanding of sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that lead to measurable business growth.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with people.
- A proactive mindset with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively. A recognized degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is helpful but not required if the candidate has appropriate work experience.
