Provide IT support two half-days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Handle basic desktop/laptop, hardware, and software issues
Assist users with login, access, and application-related support
Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution when required
Ensure smooth IT operations during designated support hours
RequirementsBasic to intermediate knowledge of IT Support / Desktop Support.
Hands on experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently during designated support hours.
Prior onsite support experience is an added advantage.
