Position Overview
This role is within the School of the Built Environment at London Met, based at the Holloway Road campus. It involves launching undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in real estate and surveying.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and inclusive teaching and assessment for real estate and surveying programmes.
- Provide pastoral tutoring and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
- Contribute to the development of the School's curriculum and research initiatives.
Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field or equivalent commercial real estate practice, with full membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS.
- Extensive experience in real estate surveying practice or proven teaching and research experience in the field.
- Expertise in real estate, particularly in at least three areas such as Planning and Development.
