Stakeholder Management: Act as the technical lead for customers and suppliers, demonstrating performance advantages and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidate Requirements Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems). Chartered Engineer status is preferable. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of CAN protocol , electric drive systems, harness development, and Battery Management Systems (BMS). Industry Experience: Proven track record in automotive or off-road vehicle systems, particularly in hybrid/EV conversions and drivetrain technology. Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience in requirements management, change control, and managing multiple live projects of varying complexity.
