Job Description

We are seeking a Conferencing Services Technician to assist with the upgrade and implementation of conference room technology across EMEA offices. The role involves planning and executing operational and installation activities for AV systems, coordinating with internal IT teams, facilities, business clients, and vendors to facilitate successful room deployments.


Responsibilities
  • Plan operational and installation activities for AV systems across the organisation.
  • Lead complex technology deployments for conference room management following established standards.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
  • Champion change and innovation with a global perspective.
  • Work with local site facilities to execute full AV installations.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and clients to ensure successful technology deployments.
  • Deliver technology deployment projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and support implementation, operation, troubleshooting, and vendor escalation of AV equipment.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and users regarding conference space changes and training opportunities.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and implementing AV systems.
  • experience with deploying and supporting a variety of conference room hardware and equipment for video conferencing.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Video Conferencing hardware (MX, SX, Room), Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Call Manager, MS Teams Admin, and other unified communications systems.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
