Role Summary:

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. You'll provide 1st line support, troubleshooting a range of issues, and ensuring smooth operations across our Microsoft-centric technology stack. Plus, you'll get a chance to grow your skills with exposure to selected 2nd-line activities!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and efficient 1st line technical support to end users, both face-to-face and remotely.
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests using the Halo ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues related to:

• Windows 11 devices
• Microsoft 365, including Exchange
• Active Directory user administration
• Laptops, desktops, and peripheral hardware

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members when necessary.
• Support meeting rooms, AV equipment, and office printers.
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and basic technical documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a 1st line IT support role.
• Strong working knowledge of: Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Exchange & Active Directory
• Desktop and laptop hardware support
• Familiarity with a service desk or ticketing system (Halo preferred).
• Ability to work on-site in a London office environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to Microsoft Intune and device management.
• Experience supporting printers and AV/meeting room technology.
