Power Platform Developer (CRM) - Hybrid - c 70K

Nigel Frank are working with a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner to find a Power Platform Developer with strong Dynamics 365 CRM experience. This role sits within a growing delivery team building modern, scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has hands-on Power Platform experience and wants to deepen their exposure to Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Copilot-led solutions, while working on end-to-end implementations.

As a Power Platform Developer, you'll be involved in designing, building and supporting solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Dynamics 365, working closely with consultants, architects and stakeholders to deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps
• Build and maintain Dynamics 365 CE customisation's, including entities, forms, views and business rules
• Create automated workflows and integration's using Power Automate
• Work with Dataverse, security roles and data modelling
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and third-party systems
• Support solution testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements

Skills & Experience:

• 4 years' experience developing solutions using Power Platform
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (Sales, Customer Service or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas) and Power Automate
• Experience working with Dataverse, security roles and business processes
• Exposure to Power BI, Azure or integration's is beneficial
