What you'll do:

• Deliver face-to-face support for hardware and software issues.
• Perform installation, moves, and changes for devices and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents that cannot be handled remotely.
• Assist with hardware repairs and replacements.
• Support deployment and refresh activities for workplace devices.

What we're looking for:

• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and common software.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and communicate effectively.
• Previous experience in on-site technical support or similar roles.
