We're partnering with a leading organisation on an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect to help design and shape a modern, efficient technology landscape that supports growth and operational excellence.

The Role:

As a Solutions Architect, you'll take a key role within a flagship transformation programme, gaining a deep understanding of business and technology goals and steering solution design across several core workstreams.

Working closely with programme leadership, architecture teams, engineering functions, and suppliers, you will ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions that align with the organisation's architectural vision.

You'll provide governance, technical direction, and architectural leadership, ensuring all solutions are fit for purpose, future-ready, and seamlessly transitioned into operational use.

About the Programme:

This major transformation initiative spans retail, finance, customer, data, and reporting. It aims to deliver modern systems, improved data capabilities, and cutting-edge technologies that will underpin business growth and operational efficiency.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role, requiring an average of at least one day per week in the London office. Flexibility is key, and working patterns may vary depending on project needs.

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, frameworks, and industry best practice.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture and technical design, particularly across Azure data landscapes, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven ability to collaborate with virtual, matrixed teams and external partners.
• Experience owning deployment and service transition processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident engaging at senior and director level.
• Capability to lead technology change initiatives and produce both high-level and low-level architectural designs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
