Your new company I'm recruiting a Dynamics Technical Lead for one of the UK's best-loved performance car manufacturers. You'll be working from their Technology Centre in Woking, with the opportunity to control working hours and home working options (within reason). By this I mean they are big believers in autonomy for their staff, but would still like at least 1 day in the office per week, so applicants so should be relatively local to Woking. Your new role The business is a household name, everyone knows them and they've been brought even further into the limelight through recent Netflix series. The IT team are now an enabler and are involved in conversations that effect the whole business. They are investing into this team after a difficult period through Covid so it's an excellent time to be joining (you'll be given a career / promotion path as soon as you join as they want to grow their own internally). Working to maximise the potential of their online order system you'll spearhead the Dynamics offering looking at more marketing functionality, bespoke and streamlined customer experiences and a new data strategy involving integrating their head office with retailer sites/data. You'll play a prominent role in providing technical expertise, direction, and leadership to internal teams and 3rd party project partners. The role does not require people management experience at this stage and should be seen as ownership and governance of the technical estate. What you'll need to succeed You should have a proven track record supporting, developing and integrating Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Portals, using the CRM SDK, power platform and other industry standard toolsets. You must be able to exhibit multiple examples of defining, building and supporting complex developments and integrations (cloud and non-cloud). Should have a background working with most of the following technologies: * Extensive experience using CRM plugins, workflows, extensions. * Experience using Microsoft DevOps for DevOps planning, alongside source control repositories (GitHub/Azure Repos) and pipelines for CI/CD practices, * Extensive experience using languages/libraries/tools such as; C#, Javascript, CSS/HTML, JQuery, Liquid * Good experience with enterprise integration service / iPaaS tools such as; Microsoft API Manager, Logic Apps, Azure Functions * Good knowledge of, and ability to leverage: Azure (App Services, Azure AD, Storage Accounts, Application Insights) and the rest of the Microsoft stack (O365 integration, SharePoint, Logic Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc).
