This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building PCs, setting up equipment, and solving technical problems while providing great customer service.

Youll gain practical experience in IT support, hardware setup, and system configuration, all while working toward a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.

About the Role

As an ICT Apprentice, youll support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems for clients across the region. Youll assist with PC builds, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and user supportboth on-site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist withPC building, equipment setup, and basic hardware installation
  • Support with configuring and maintaining IT systems
  • Visit client sites (driving essential) to assist with technical setups
  • Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and networking
  • Support installation and testing of IT equipment such as switches, routers, and AV devices
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Carry out basic IT admin tasks (password resets, user setups, device configuration)
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times

What Were Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Confidence withbasic IT, including PC building, installing hardware, and setting up equipment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn
  • Logical thinker with good problem-solving ability
  • Previous customer service or IT experience is a bonus, but not required
