Klipboard / Kerridge K8 ERP Software and Systems Specialist

We are recruiting for a Klipboard / Kerridge K8 systems and software Specialist in Southampton. The company has several hundred users across mulitple sites, it is a successful and growing business.

This role will own all in house activity relating to the Klipboard / Kerridge K8 ERP system.

This includes system management, user training and process documentation and improvement.

It is the classic in house ERP role, with some particular emphasis on:

• Being the conduit between Klipboard / Kerridge developers and the business
• Negotiating system improvements and fixes with Klipboard / Kerridge, and managing the rollout into the business
• Testing system changes before release
• Gather user feedback on what's wrong in the system to help with system improvements
• Guide users - this includes new starter training, training on system changes and acting as helpdesk when users are stuck
• Create reports and dashboard layouts in the UX function for managers as required

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Klipboard / Kerridge Commercial Systems experience
• Passion for working with users, communicating technical things in a non technical way
• Well organised, able to prioritise short and medium term priorities
• Ability to work with some autonomy
